Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Impiana was filled with wonderful surprises, like the amazing beach views from my room and the top-notch cleanliness, but there were some pesky insects that bothered me a bit. The service was impeccable with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even though the focus was more on providing cushions for sunbeds rather than cleaning up the beach debris. The location was perfect for a peaceful retreat, despite the need to pay extra for transportation. The dining options were decent, although the freshness of fruits left something to be desired. Overall, a mixed but enjoyable experience.
The hotel offers a fantastic beachfront location, just a few meters from the shore, though the bathroom smell was a downside. The front office manager, Khun Nong, and the Chef at the restaurant made our stay wonderful, with convenient transfers to Fisherman's Village. The property is a bit further from the main area of Chaweng, but still accessible with Grab or subsidized hotel shuttles to nearby markets for THB100 per person.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, overlooking the pool and the beach, were terrific for the price but lacked privacy due to ants in the bathroom. The service was amazing, with staff being kind and helpful, although more attention was given to setting up sunbed cushions than keeping the beach clean. The location, with easy access to the main center and excellent dining options, was great. The dining experience offered a variety of delicious Thai food and a stunning ocean view. Overall, a good value for money despite some flaws.
I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms overlooked the beach and were everything we hoped for, although a bit dark due to the furniture. A renovation might be recommended. The rooms were very clean, but there was a sewerage smell that was never properly fixed.
