The hotel had supposedly sea-view rooms, which required standing on tiptoes to see properly. The rooms were a bit dated but overall recommended. Ensuring proper sea views would enhance the experience. The location is on the edge of the beach, offering a spectacular view, but room for improvement in room electric sockets for better functionality. The dining experience was satisfactory, with excellent options and views. The facilities were well-maintained, with opportunities for improvement in room electric functionality. Wi-Fi and parking are available. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, tours/ticket assistance, and a welcoming atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay at Impiana Hotel. The rooms lack soundproofing, but the incredible view made up for it. The daily room cleaning service was excellent, and I'll definitely come back.

The staff was fantastic, with special thanks to the lovely team members Chin, Ammy, June, Mint, and others who made my stay memorable. The central location made it convenient to explore Bangla Road and enjoy the nearby restaurants and bars. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the excellent food choices available.
